I am a Saint Louis resident and graduate of Saint Louis University. I attained a Bachelors of Science while majoring in Biology with a focus on Molecular Biology. After graduating, I decided to pursue a career as an attorney. I studied for the LSAT while interning at a local law practice. I will be continuing my path to becoming a lawyer at Emory University's School of Law. Law is just one of my passions. Throughout my undergraduate career I had many opportunities to pursue my passion of helping others learn. During my freshman year of college I helped high school seniors prepare for the ACT. Later on in my college career, I worked as an assistant teacher in a Saint Louis City Public High School. I helped teach high school Chemistry and taught English to students who had just immigrated to America. I also have experience teaching English to students in the Indian Subcontinent. My various teaching experiences have provided me valuable insight. I realized that there is no such thing as an absolute "one-size fit all" plan when it comes to helping others learn. Every student is different. Thus, as a tutor, it is my responsibility to adapt my teaching style to help maximize the student's ability to grasp key concepts. I believe every student is capable of excelling if given the proper assistance.
