About Me

I am a US Army veteran that is extremely passionate about identifying and leading the change of inefficient processes. After completing 8 years as an Army Aviation officer, I became a Scrum Master with a large medical device company that seeks to improve patient outcomes and improve time to market. I have worked with over five individual scrum teams as both a Scrum Master and an Agile coach. I have worked within a Scaled Agile Framework as a RTE in Training as the program moves towards a solution framework. I am exceptionally outgoing and love to engage on an individual level with students that want to sharpen their Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) skills. I will apply academic concepts with real-world experience to provide the best learning experience for each individual.
