About Me

I am a graduate of American Military University and a soon to be graduate of Johnson & Wales University. I received my BS and MS in Sports and Health Sciences through AMU and am currently enrolled in an MS in Nutrition through JWU. As an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified Health Coach, I am passionate about helping others. Throughout my military career, I was responsible for teaching a variety of courses (including CPR and health and wellness) and taught these courses to a wide range of students. I am also a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified Nutrition Coach and Weight-loss Specialist. I tutor in subjects related to NASM and ACE. My favorite subjects to tutor as those related to nutrition and health. I understand the stress of obtaining certification and am passionate about helping others earn theirs. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, running, traveling, reading, and spending time with my family.
