About Me

"In learning you will teach, and in teaching you will learn." - Phil CollinsIf there is one thing you should know about me, it is that I LOVE learning. As a college student actively working towards my bachelors of science at Brigham Young University, I can honestly say that I've never been more excited about learning than I am right now. There is simply so much I don't know, and every day is a new opportunity to change that. My passion for growth has taken me to places like Spain, Mexico, and very soon, Ecuador. It has taught me a new language: Spanish, which I now speak fluently and which has become one of my two majors. It has even paid for my college education, and I am confident it will open many more doors for me in the future. I tutor because I want others to have what I have, and because I recognize the value of one-on-one instruction in an education system which has become altogether too streamlined and generalized to allow for any deep conceptualization without additional effort on the student's part. That's where I come in. My clients and I have a BLAST together, regardless of the topic, although some of my more popular subjects include Spanish, English, Essay Writing, and College Applications. I make sure to personalize each of my sessions to the client, and I really enjoy getting to know them and learning from everyone I teach.
