About Me

I have a B.S. in Chemical engineering from Michigan Tech and a minor in math. I graduated in 2013 and since then have been in the chemical industry professionally. I am now looking to start my master's in teaching and I think that tutoring is a great way to gain experience prior to beginning a MIT program. I have experience tutoring university chemistry and physical chemistry through my 2 years as a coach for the Chemistry Learning Center at Michigan Tech. I enjoy helping students figure out what they want to learn, why they should know it, and how it applies to everyday life. I am open to using whatever resources the student thinks is beneficial to their understanding of subject matter. I am located in the pacific time zone.
