About Me

My name is Reid, and I am excited to be able to help students in any of the subject areas I can. I am a recent graduate of Southern Oregon University in Ashland, Oregon. I graduated with a Degree in Political Science and a minor in Philosophy. I was also a tutor at my school's Writing Center. My main areas of strength in terms of tutoring are English, American Literature, World and American History, and American and Comparative Government. I became interested in tutoring through my work at the university, meeting many students from diverse backgrounds. My school had a lot of foreign students, and I was delighted to be able to work with them and learn a little about their cultures as well. I find tutoring a great way to help others as well as meet fascinating people.
