About Me

I grew up just north of Washington D.C, and went to college and physical therapy school at Simmons College in Boston, MA. I graduated in 2011 with my BS in Exercise Science and again in 2013 with my Doctorate of Physical Therapy. I began tutoring students in my undergraduate career, starting with writing. I believe education is extremely important and that students should have access to as many resources as possible. I believe in actively involving the student in the tutoring session so they not only learn the material, they retain the material making them more likely to succeed in the future. During physical therapy school, I continued tutoring writing to both undergraduate and graduate students in addition to exercise science, anatomy and physiology, biology as well as graduate students in gross anatomy and other PT courses. I currently work full time at an outpatient manual orthopedic physical therapy clinic. In my free time, I enjoy running, pure barre, and spending time with my husband and adopted lab mix dog!
