About Me

I am a graduate of George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Affairs with a focus on International Development. While in college I completed a study abroad program in Peru where I was able to develop my knowledge of cultural anthropology. I served as a nanny and homework helper throughout college which sparked my passion for tutoring. I like to focus tutoring on critical thinking and giving the student the tools to problem solve on their own. From this method, the student's confidence grows and they become more open to learning. This is a gateway into content mastery. With the tools to find the answers on their own, students can delve deeper into the information that they are learning.
