About Me

Hello,My name is Christina Freeman. I am a fun loving and sociable person with a love for teaching and learning. I enjoy nature and adventuring around the world. It is amazing how much you learn about the world around you by traveling and exploring the different lifestyles and cultures. My hobbies and favorite things to do on my free time are hiking, riding ATVs, and diving. I enjoy painting and writing stories. I am currently a state of Florida certified teacher. I have 7 years of Elementary and Middle (K-8) teaching experience. I graduated from Florida International University, with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education (K-6) with ESOL Endorsement. A big passion of mine involves implementing anything creative to make learning fun, challenging, and interactive. I believe that students should be encouraged to feel confident and successful in their educational growth. My time as a teacher has developed a philosophy of valuing each child as an individual. To meet their individual needs I differentiate instruction to each student's learning styles and interest.
