About Me

As learners, mental exercise and preparation allows us to feel our best, do our best, and be our best. I graduated from Columbia University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and a minor in Economics. With a passion for education, I then went on to receive a master's degree in Education, and I am currently pursuing a teaching credential in Secondary Mathematics. I have been a tutor since middle school, and I have extensive one-on-one instructional experience in many subjects, including test preparation and mathematics. I also worked as a classroom teacher in both Los Angeles and New York City for over 2 years. I hope that my diversity of education and experience can be tailored to your needs. Beyond that, I hope to understand each and every person I serve in order to excite a self confidence and a passion for learning. I believe to this day that these are the essential ingredients in the recipe for academic success. I look forward to helping you prepare!
