About Me

I am a practicing attorney in Washington, DC with prior careers in technology consulting and intelligence analysis. I have bachelor and master degrees from Carnegie Mellon University, a law degree from Washington & Lee University, and am licensed by the bars of Virginia and Maryland. I was raised in Tucson, Arizona and have lived many years on the east and west coasts as well as abroad. I speak Russian fluently and am conversational in Portuguese.
