About Me

I am a junior at the University of Arizona and I am studying molecular and cellular biology. I'm in the honors college and in the taekwondo club, where I am treasurer. In addition to taking mostly honors science classes, I work in one of the university's research labs, where I do original genetic research. In high school, I took nine AP tests and scored 5 (the highest score) on eight of them. In addition, I got the highest possible score (36) on two of the four ACT subsections, and a score of 2330 out of 2400 on the SAT.I've always enjoyed explaining things to people. I taught biology and math to my high school's Academic Decathlon team, and we won the state competition and then proceeded to Nationals. In my free time, I like to play piccolo, read, and run.
