About Me

I am grateful that so many students have trusted me to help them achieve their goals. I received my Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Oberlin College. I am currently studying at San Francisco State University, pursuing my Master's of Science in Physics. Between my undergraduate and graduate studies, I served in the United States Peace Corps to teach English in rural Panama. In San Francisco, I have been enjoying helping my students improve their test scores on the SAT. I have a strong connection to all the subjects I tutor. Because I am studying science, I am most passionate about physics and math, but I excel in every subject I teach. Throughout my life, I have had many wonderful opportunities that resulted from my excellent education. It is important to me that my students receive an excellent education to improve their quality of life. In my free time, I enjoy playing guitar and bass, writing fiction, and improving my chess game.
