About Me

Everyone needs help. There are certain ideas that just make sense when we first hear them and skills weve easily acquired but all of us encounter mental and physical challenges. My job as a tutor is to translate a challenging concept or subject into a clear picture. The picture is made up of pieces, each of which youll know so well that if I take the picture apart you can put it back together again and explain to anyone why they belong together in that order. Starting in high school to the present Ive had the opportunity to help students in many subjects. Weve succeeded in mastering the material because we first focused on how we approached the subject; our approach will be based on your learning style. Once weve established a foundation based on my understanding of your learning style and your understanding of the subject matter, we can start asking the whys, and thats when the fun begins.
