My belief is that an interest in the subject yields better grades. If you enjoy the subject you are working on, you will be more likely to learn the material. My philosophy is to guide the student to figuring out the correct answer, and hopefully in the process the student will understand the concepts behind the problem.

There is something empowering about seeing students grow in their understanding. It's empowering to know that the subjects I'm passionate about can transfer to the next generation of thinkers.
