There is something empowering about seeing students grow in their understanding. It's empowering to know that the subjects I'm passionate about can transfer to the next generation of thinkers. Through reading and writing, students are actively broadening their perspectives and learning more about the world. In essence, they're creating their voice and sharing it with the world. Helping students find their voice is a crucial motivator for me.
