I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting Emphasis, from the University of Washington, Seattle campus. I was an Accountant. I also earned a Master of Business Administration, and worked in business consulting. I began teaching college business and accounting courses, and earned a PhD. I have continued to teach Accounting and Business courses in the US, Europe, and Asia.

...With Kids. At Vanderbilt University, I am pursuing degrees in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, and Mathematics. I tutor mostly math, physics, and chemistry, but I like physics most because of the problem solving aspects. My teaching philosophy is to focus on the basic concepts and make sure those are cemented, then to later focus on the nuances of problem solving. Outside of academia, I am interested in the NBA and the Premier League.
