When a subject is presented in a way that engages the mind, true learning occurs. This is not achieved through rote memorization, but through feeling and understanding at the heart level.

I am always learning, so I like to encourage others to keep learning too.... Helping students identify with what they are learning is very important to me. Helping them see that, "Yes, this does apply to me," makes all the difference.... Get to know them and their likes in school. What are they finding most difficult?
