Hello! My name is Miguel. I have extensive experience in educational system with K-12, at-risk, court-appointed, international, and visually-impaired students. My tutoring experience includes in-home and public institutions for nearly five years. A good tutor is patient and is able to adapt to the needs of the student and to the parent. I chose to be an educator to assist in the progression and knowledge of students.

I have a Ph.D. in Hispanic literature and have taught for almost 20 years (Spanish, literature, reading, writing, grammar, Latin American history, SAT and ACT prep, and introduction to humanities). I enjoy working with students of all ages and backgrounds.
