I am a former math teacher with 9 years as a high school teacher and 2 years as an adjunct professor. Although I no longer work in the classroom, I am still passionate about helping students connect with and understand mathematics and the world around them.

I have taught pre-algebra several years in the public-school setting and have experience with grades 5 through 9. As the lead math teacher for 8th grade at my school site, I was often invited to develop our district assessments as well as curriculum development. In 2021 I completed my Masters in Secondary STEM education and am currently a law student in Ohio.
