My personal philosophy is to ensure all children succeed. I always try to understand how to help students excel. I put myself in their shoes to understand how they are perceiving the question or situation being presented. From there, I can help them master the assignment. I take immense pride in helping children succeed academically.

I've been an educator for nearly 25 years. I love the process of learning and helping others find their best learning style.
