There are 10 topics that will be covered on the CFA exam, such as alternative investments, portfolio management, equity investments, and derivatives. The exact curriculum of the test changes each year. There are three levels of the CFA exam.
The first level consists of two exam sessions of three hours each. One session takes place in the morning and the other takes place in the afternoon. Each session has 120 multiple-choice questions. The second level has 120 multiple-choice questions divided into 21 sets. The morning session will have 10 sets, while the afternoon session will have 11 sets. The third level will also have a morning and an afternoon session. The morning session will consist of 8 to 12 constructed essay questions. The afternoon session will consist of 11 sets of multiple-choice questions.
How can I gain from Dayton CFA prep?
Getting professional CFA preparation in Dayton can help you review what you learned and discover gaps in your knowledge. There are two kinds of CFA preparation available to students in Dayton. You can either take a Dayton CFA prep class, or you can sign up for private CFA tutoring.
Our CFA classes are administered online, in our virtual classrooms. You can attend classes from the comfort of your own home while still benefiting from professional instruction. A teacher can use a curriculum that seamlessly leads students from one concept to another and from one level of difficulty to the next.
When studying alone from textbooks, it can take time to understand the intention of the author or comprehend difficult concepts. A teacher can explain complex subjects in a simple manner so that all students in the class can understand them.
You can learn from a teacher who is passionate about teaching and who can motivate students to do their best. A teacher who wants students to succeed on the test can work to make sure that the important concepts are explained clearly. If they see that a student is struggling with a certain concept, they can recommend that the student get some one-on-one time with them after class.
If you prefer one-on-one instruction, you can study with a private Dayton CFA prep tutor. This private mentor can work at a pace that is helpful to you. They can give you more time so that you can gain a clearer understanding of difficult concepts. You can also have time to ask as many questions as you want. They can adapt to your learning style and use different teaching methods and techniques until they find what works best for you.
A private instructor can give you 100 percent of their focus and attention. They can skip topics that you already understand and focus on the areas you need specific help with.
Private tutoring can offer you a lot of flexibility in terms of scheduling. Even if you have limited free time available, you can find the time to schedule sessions with a private tutor. You can study with this mentor over the internet, using our Live Learning Platform. You can interact with them one on one through the use of video chat as if you were both sitting at the same table. Our virtual whiteboard can also help you out as you work out problems together.
You even have the choice to take a class and get private mentoring at the same time. Private instruction is great for supplementing in-class learning. It can help you review what you learn in class or advance ahead of the class.
