My name is Joey. I have a BA in Business Communications and an MBA. I have been in management for 10+ years. Basically I am encouraged to "market" myself here. I am only looking to help you (or your student) connect the dots and not just memorize, but comprehend concepts and material.

I have been a teacher for many years and tutored middle and high school students in all areas of English at Columbus City Schools.

I will be available to tutor students in the Midwest. I specialize in English, German, and Sociology tutoring at middle school, high school, and university levels. I focus on finding a learning style that works for you and balancing learning and comfort. In May I will hold a B.A. in German Studies and Sociology from Vanderbilt University. I lived in Germany from 2022 until 2023 and have been studying German for 8 years.

I'm a graduate from Ohio Wesleyan University with my BA in Comparative Literature and Psychology. I am working towards my Master's and PhD in Forensic Psychology. I have taught and tutored for several years, though I focus primarily on English and Writing. I enjoy helping students reach their fullest potential and strive to make each class interesting and enjoyable. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling the world, reading, and playing rugby.
