Outside of my academic and professional work, I enjoy activities that strengthen both my creativity and well-being. I am an avid reader with a particular interest in psychology, neuroscience, and personal development, and I often engage with new research to stay connected to advances in the field. I value lifelong learning and frequently pursue professional development opportunities, trainings, and workshops to expand my skills. I also enjoy writing, both academically and reflectively, as a way to explore ideas and communicate them clearly. Teaching and mentoring are not only part of my profession but also interests I genuinely enjoy, as I find fulfillment in supporting others as they achieve their goals. In addition to intellectual pursuits, I maintain balance through outdoor activities such as hiking and running, as well as creative outlets like art and music. These activities allow me to stay grounded, build resilience, and bring energy and perspective to my work with students and clients.
