As a dedicated RN with 25 years of experience, including 21 years in the med/surg specialty, I've transitioned into a leadership role to drive improvements in patient care and staff support. My educational journey culminated in a Doctorate in Education with a focus on Leadership and Learning, complemented by a Doctorate in Nursing Practice, which enhances my ability to mentor nursing students across various educational levelsfrom Associates to Doctoral candidates. With over two years of tutoring experience, I embrace a student-centered approach, recognizing that each learner has unique needs. I adapt my teaching methods to incorporate real-world clinical experiences, emphasizing the importance of hands-on learning in nursing.
