I bring a strong academic foundation and years of real-world experience training, mentoring, and teaching under pressure. While serving in the Army, I was responsible for preparing leaders to pass the Master Fitness Trainer course including teaching them anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics in a way they could understand and apply.
