In my career, I've served as Deputy Police Academy Commander, where I assisted with daily operations, curriculum design, and cadet supervision. I managed the Basic Peace Officer Course as the program manager, developing curriculum and coordinating training. I've even been honored as "Instructor of the Year" multiple times by the cadets of the Police Academy where I have worked a testament to my dedication to student success.
My diverse background, including my work with the Texas Governor's Sexual Assault Survivors' Task Force and my role as an adjunct instructor for various law enforcement programs, has equipped me with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
