My name is Anna Seger, and I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in English Literature at McGill University, where I also minor in Russian culture. With over two years of tutoring experience, I specialize in US history, writing, literary analysis, public speaking, and test preparation. My teaching philosophy centers on building strong connections with my students, allowing me to tailor lessons to their interests and needs. I believe that fostering a supportive learning environment is essential for academic success. My passion for education was solidified while working as an educational assistant at the Chicago Botanic Garden for two summers, where I worked with students ages 4-14. I am also fluent in Russian, which enhances my ability to connect with diverse learners. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, writing, knitting, hiking, and sharing my enthusiasm for learning with others!
