I am a second-year undergraduate student at the University of Virginia, planning to major in Math and Economics. I have significant experience working with students, having tutored middle school students in math competitions and elementary students in music fundamentals. Additionally, I also have considerable leadership and public speaking experience as a tour guide at the Massachusetts State House, skills that will translate seamlessly to the classroom.

I am most passionate about math, and given my experience excelling in rigorous courses from Algebra 1 to Linear Algebra, I am well-prepared to take on a variety of students. During my time in the classroom, I have found conceptual understanding to be far more important than the correct answer. I am a firm believer in working with students step-by-step on difficult problems and allowing them to arrive at the answers themselves.
