I have a strong passion for Chemistry and Biology, and I have been tutoring college-level Chemistry for two years in college. I love to help others strengthen their understanding of these subjects. I want to inspire confidence that you are capable of mastering the material, and I will readjust my teaching approach to meet your needs if you feel like you are not understanding the material throughout our lessons. I like to take time to get to know you and your background concerning the topics in which you are seeking tutoring, what methods of teaching have been the most effective for you in the past, and equally as important, what you think has not worked for you. I prioritize communication and frequently check in throughout the lesson to see how you are absorbing the material and if an adjustment is needed. I like to guide you through the material, then guide you through several problems, then let you attempt problems on your own. My lessons are geared toward high school and college students taking Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Cell Biology, and Genetics.
