Language is how we interact with the world and the primary source of power in our society. I've been a high school English teacher for over 10 years to equip students with critical thinking, argumentation, and language arts creativity skills. I hold a Master of Arts in Communication from West Texas A&M University and I was a member of the policy debate team at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

I teach or have taught AP Seminar, AP English Language, AP English Literature, creative writing, reading, English Language Development, and speech and debate.
