I am a Virginia Tech graduate and received my Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry. I have been tutoring students since my freshman year of college in multiple subjects, and with many different backgrounds. In these experiences, I have learned how crucial it is to understand and connect with students to then be able to better understand what they may need. Though I have taught many subjects, I am most comfortable teaching science and English due to my background. I believe utilizing a tutor can be incredibly beneficial, as it allows growth of understanding and an easier method for students to reveal what they may be struggling with. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, completing paint-by-numbers, and playing with my dog Oreo!
