I am currently pursuing a Master of Architecture and entering my third year of study. My background blends technical and creative training, with a focus on design software and visual communication. I've been using AutoCAD and Photoshop since high school for both academic and personal projects, and I continue to refine those skills through my architecture coursework.
I tutor a range of subjects, but I'm especially passionate about AutoCAD, Photoshop, geometry, and precalculus. I've always had a strong aptitude for math and often helped classmates with homework, especially in geometry and precal, where I enjoyed breaking down concepts and explaining the reasoning behind each step. I'm also fluent in Japanese and, while I haven't formally tutored the language before, I'd be excited to support students interested in learning it!
In tutoring, I focus on being patient, clear, and adaptable. Every student learns differently, and I adjust my approach depending on their needs, the subject, and the moment. I've found that when a tutor brings genuine enthusiasm to a subject, it can completely change how a student feels about learning it. My goal is to create a space where students feel supported and capable. Progress and learning should feel enjoyable.
In my free time, I enjoy sketching, working on design projects, experimenting with Photoshop, and learning about architecture across cultures.

Hobbies

In my free time, I enjoy hand drawing, especially detailed sketches of architecture, landscapes, and manga-style characters. I’m particularly inspired by traditional Japanese and Roman architecture, as well as artists like Gawako and the visual storytelling of Studio Ghibli. I also enjoy logic-based activities like Sudoku, and often find myself drawn to things that combine creativity and structure. Building models for class has been one of my favorite hands-on ways to engage with design. I regularly explore platforms like Pinterest and Behance for ideas and inspiration, and I genuinely enjoy learning, whether through sketching, design, or diving into educational content just for fun.
