I am a graduate of Upper Iowa University and successfully received my bachelor's in human services. Prior to that, I taught for 8 years in the public school system. Since graduation, I have explored a few different lines of work but have always found myself back in education. I am currently a lead teacher for two-year-olds at a daycare center and am actively working towards opening my childcare center. My passion for teaching stems from believing "children are our future", believing there are no limits to education, and that the world could be a better place, educating one person at a time. Math is my favorite subject to teach because it was the class I have always excelled. Although math is my favorite, I am confident that I can assist in other areas as well. Examples include but are not limited too reading, writing, and study skills.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and making memories. Traveling is my newfound love, and I plan to travel the world with my grandchildren.
