I've been a Texas educator for over 17 years. I earned my bachelor's and master's degrees in education from the University of Texas at San Antonio. My Texas Educator Certification corresponds to grades 1st through 8th grade, including English as a Second Language (ESL)/Supplemental certification.
I've spent 13 years teaching elementary students and the last 4 years working with middle schoolers. During that time, I've taught all core subjectsmath, science, reading, writing, and history.
My teaching style is centered around your child's interests and individual needs. I use clear visuals, step-by-step lessons, and real-time check-ins to help students stay engaged and understand the material. I also build strong relationships with my students and regularly give them feedback to support their growth.
