I'm currently an Engineering student studying at the University of British Columbia. I have always loved teaching and tutoring, whether it'd be French reading buddies with little kids at my local library or helping my fellow peers explain a difficult concept that they didn't fully understand in class. While I am rich in knowledge for a wide variety of different subjects, I feel the most passionate about math and physics, as well as STEAM-related course content. I graduated High School as a sound IB diploma candidate as well, so I specialize in some common areas of IB subjects and courses as well. As a dedicated tutor, I strive to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel empowered to ask questions, explore new concepts, and develop independent thinking skills. My teaching philosophy is rooted in patience, empathy, and adaptability. I aim to create a supportive, student-centered environment where learners feel comfortable exploring ideas, making mistakes, and asking tons of questions - the more the better!
