I am passionate about helping students because I believe that every learner deserves to feel confident and capable in their abilities, especially in mathematics. I've worked with students in a variety of settings, including classrooms, one-on-one tutoring sessions, and small groups, helping them break down complex topics into manageable, meaningful parts. Watching students go from frustration to "aha!" moments is incredibly rewarding. My tutoring style is encouraging, patient, and student-centered. I aim to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring different strategies. I adapt my approach based on each student's needs, whether they benefit more from visual explanations, hands-on practice, or real-life examples. I have completed my degree in Secondary Mathematics Education at Washburn University.
