I've been passionate about education for as long as I can remember. There's nothing more rewarding to me than helping students feel confident and successful through their own hard work and growth. My tutoring journey began in college, where I worked with peers in both remedial math and biology, and since then, I've spent the past year and a half teaching middle school sciencean experience that's only deepened my love for helping students connect with science in meaningful ways.

I hold a degree in Integrative Biology from Southeastern Louisiana University, which has given me a strong foundation not only in biology, but also in chemistry and physics. I'll be tutoring both biology and middle school science, with a particular passion for biology. I've always been driven by the question "why?"why things work the way they do, and how all living things are connected. That curiosity fuels my teaching and inspires me to help students explore those same connections for themselves.

My tutoring style is hands-on and engaging. I believe learning should be an active process, and I strive to make every session interactive, tailored to each student's needs. Most importantly, I believe every student has the ability to succeedno matter their backgroundwhen they're met where they are and supported in a way that works for them.
