I've always loved helping people learn. It's incredibly rewarding to see that moment when something clicks. Over the years, I've worked with students of all ages, from teaching university physics labs to guiding beginner swimmers. No matter the subject, I've found that patience, encouragement, and breaking things down in simple terms go a long way.

At McMaster University, I've spent several semesters as a teaching assistant for first-year physics courses. I ran labs, held office hours, answered all kinds of questions (even the tough ones), and helped grade reports. It taught me how to connect with different learning styles and explain tricky concepts in ways that actually stick. I tutor a range of subjects, including physics, biology, English, and math, but physics is definitely my favourite. I enjoy showing how it ties into the real world and seeing students gain confidence as they figure it out.

When I'm tutoring, I try to make things approachable and low-pressure. I believe in creating a space where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and really engaging with the material. Outside of school, I'm into 3D design, yoga, and reading about science and tech. I bring that same curiosity and energy into every session.
