Almost 25 years ago, I earned my Master's in Elementary Education at Fitchburg State University in Massachusetts. Since, then I have taught grades K-6 in Massachusetts, North Carolina, and in Florida.
My favorite subjects are reading, writing, and social studies. I love helping students to use their strengths to grow as readers and writers. I have a knack for helping students in their social studies and science lessons using reading strategies. While I have been teaching reading for over 18 years, tutoring math is an option working through problems together with step by step examples.
