With over 8 years of teaching experience in the Cincinnati Public School District, I have had the privilege of educating students in both suburban and urban school settings. I graduated, Cum Laude, from the University of Cincinnati with a major in Early Childhood Education and minor in Organizational Leadership. I taught second grade for 7 years and kindergarten for 1 year, consistently recognized for my teaching excellence, enthusiasm, and commitment to creating meaningful learning experiences.

My approach is centered around delivering personalized instruction that meets the diverse needs of all students. I am dedicated to fostering academic success through engaging lesson plans, innovative teaching techniques, and a strong emphasis on individualized educational growth. I have worked collaboratively with administrators and colleagues to develop best practices in curriculum planning, instructional delivery, and student evaluation, including the development of IEPs and effective classroom management strategies.

Additionally, I have provided after-school tutoring in math, reading, and language arts, helping students overcome learning challenges and achieve academic success. I am skilled in integrating technology into the classroom, facilitating hands-on learning and engagement. My ultimate goal is to ensure each student feels supported, empowered, and excited about their educational journey.
