I am a graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead and the Univeristy of Pennsylvania. I recieved a BS in Elementary Education at Moorhead, and a Masters in Education Entrepreneurship from the Penn. I have been teaching for over 10 years. I started my career teaching 4th grade. I have also taught 5,6,7, & 8th grade. I am most passionate about teaching math. It is extremely fulfilling when I am able to help students figure out a new concept in math or figure out a skill that has been tricky for them. I truly believe that education can change your future. Learning doesn't stop once you leave school. The more I can help my students develop into lifelong learners the better off they will be. When a child decides they don't like a subject, don't care about or don't think they will need it later in life, they are closing potential doors they may not have known existed. My goal as an educator is to help them keep as many doors as possible open to them.
