My journey began with a B.A. in Microbiology, which provided a solid foundation in analytical thinking, but my professional path led me into information technology where I've spent over a decade enhancing data analytics, SQL programming, and web development. I have extensive, real-world experience from implementing software solutions in financial services and health insurance, where I've developed complex SQL queries, managed data quality, and web development, which I now bring to tutoring.
