A native of Houston Texas and currently working in the energy industry, I am passionate about economics, capital markets and financial reporting. The intersection of these topics is fascinating, and hopefully I can demonstrate their importance to your goals and future career.

I attended the University of Texas (Hook'em!), earning both an undergraduate and master's degree. My work experience consists of Big4 public accounting firms, the oil field services industry, and oil and gas exploration and production.

I am relentless in pursuit of personal excellence, including instructing at a high level. I strive to convey difficult concepts to students in an easily digestible manner. I have experience presenting accounting concepts at CPA conferences and to my colleagues at my current employer.
