I graduated with a B.S. in Communications from the University of Houston-Victoria. After graduating, I received a teaching certification through Texas Teachers. I am a certified elementary school teacher, PreK-6th grade. I am also certified ESL Supplemental, PreK-12th grade.

I am bilingual, with Spanish being my first language. As an elementary school teacher, I worked with ESL and general education students. Last school year, I worked as a reading interventionist for students who struggled with reading. Lessons were taught individually and in small group.
