I bring over 20 years of hands-on experience in mentoring, training, and technical problem-solving to my tutoring approach. My background as Vice President and co-owner of a small specialty construction business allowed me to lead teams, troubleshoot complex issues, and train employees through customized, one-on-one sessions. Whether it was coaching new hires or stepping in to resolve customer problems that others couldn't, I've developed a strong ability to teach others in a clear, practical way that helps them truly understand the subject at hand.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) in Mechanical Engineering through Arizona State University's online program, I have firsthand experience in navigating online learning environments and virtual tools. This familiarity with digital education enables me to connect with students in a remote setting and make the most of the technology available.

My teaching philosophy is rooted in adaptability and problem-solving. I believe that each student learns differently, and I adjust my methods to fit their individual needs, whether it's breaking down a challenging concept or providing encouragement through difficult subjects. I am passionate about helping learners not only improve their grades but also build confidence in their abilities.

Outside of tutoring, I'm deeply involved in my own children's education, guiding them through their schoolwork and enrichment activities. This hands-on involvement has further shaped my ability to teach with patience and understanding. I also enjoy spending time on personal development and staying active, which helps me maintain a positive and energetic approach in everything I do.
