I am a senior at Stony Brook University set to graduate this December with degrees in Applied Mathematics and Statistics and Economics. Last year, I spent a semester abroad in Madrid at Universidad Carlos III, where I not only experienced all parts of Spanish culture but also used the opportunity to travel around all of Europe. Having been around a good chunk of the world and experiencing various styles of teaching, I lead a versatile tutoring style that adheres to the student's preferences. In the past, I have tutored students of all types, from elementary school to, most recently, college students. Although I enjoy a wide range of subjects and have a strong understanding of most of what I learned in high school, my passion and expertise are in Mathematics. I enjoy showing people what the wonderful world of math is, especially when students encounter challenges and are discouraged. My goal is to show everyone who is in high school or below that they have what it takes to ace their next math test, as well as each one that follows.
