As a passionate educator with a Computer Science degree from the University of Michigan, I have dedicated over three years to helping students achieve academic success. My journey in education is fueled by my love for learning and the joy I find in empowering others to reach their full potential.

During my university years, I not only honed my technical skills but also developed a deep understanding of how students learn best. This foundation has been invaluable in my tutoring career, where I have worked with a diverse range of students from K-12 to college, and even adults in their 30s returning to education. I have tutored in a wide array of subjects, including SAT and ACT prep, AP courses such as Biology, Calculus, History, Government, Chemistry, Literature, Language, and Spanish.

While I tutor a broad range of subjects, my favorite areas to teach are STEM fields, particularly Computer Science and Mathematics. These subjects challenge students to think critically and develop problem-solving skills that are essential in today's world. I find great satisfaction in guiding students through complex concepts and watching their confidence grow as they master the material.

My teaching philosophy is rooted in a student-centered approach. I believe that every student has a unique learning style, and I strive to adapt my methods to meet their individual needs. Whether working one-on-one, in small groups, or with larger classes, I focus on creating an engaging and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring new ideas.

Outside of academia, I have a strong passion for technology and the arts. I enjoy applying my coding skills to personal projects, such as developing apps that solve real-world problems. Additionally, I am an avid artist, with a particular interest in drawing and digital illustration. This creative outlet not only enriches my life but also enhances my ability to connect with students who have diverse interests.

My goal as a tutor is not only to help students achieve their academic goals but also to instill in them a lifelong love for learning. I am committed to providing personalized support and encouragement, ensuring that each student I work with feels empowered to succeed in their educational journey.
