As a tenured and professionally recognized university professor, I am passionate about teaching, learning, and engaging with others.

I possess a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, two master's degrees, one each in Professional Writing and Training and Development, and two master's certificates, one each in Human Resource Management and Marketing.

I have a profound commitment to student success. I served as a mentor to underrepresented high school students and college freshmen. As a former foster parent who sent off first generation college students, I have a deeper appreciation and understanding about the value of education. I designed and implemented nationally recognized professional development and educational opportunity programs for undergraduate and graduate students.
