I have been a teacher for over 20 years in the Public School System. I am currently an adjunct English and Communications Professor at two colleges. I am also writing a novel and working on my MFA in Creative Writing.

I dedicate energy to creating a classroom in which students can seek and experience success at all levels. I design student-centered instruction that manifests into unique, engaging classroom activities. In each lesson, there is an element of learning real-life skills. Seeing students succeed where they believed they could not confirms my ongoing passion for excellence.
